I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my lovely two-bedroom flat in Wandsworth Town. The available room is a good-sized double, renting for £1,000 per month (bills not included).
The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Wandsworth Town Station, with bus stops right outside the building and the Southside Shopping Centre only a few minutes away. There are plenty of cafes, gyms, and river walks nearby, so it’s a great area for both convenience and leisure.
As for the flat, it’s peaceful and well-kept, ideal for someone who wants a comfortable and relaxing home. You’d be sharing with just me, I’m friendly, easy-going, and sociable; I enjoy heading to the pub or out for a walk, but also value quiet evenings in.
