We’re looking for someone to take over my room from 4th May (flexible on dates).

About the room:
- £900 per month (excluding bills – approx. £113 each)
- Double room, furnished with bed and wardrobe
- One shared bathroom between two bedrooms (so you’d only be sharing with one other girl (27))
- South-facing, so it gets lots of natural light
- I currently have a desk and chair in the room which I won’t need, so open to selling if helpful

About the flat:
- 3-bedroom flat
- Spacious, modern flat with a big roof terrace
- Located between Wandsworth and Earlsfield
- 10-minute walk to Earlsfield station
- 5-minute walk to Southside shopping centre and a large Sainsbury’s

Flatmates:
- You’ll be living with Lydia and Fergus (27 - 29), both working professionals one in finance and one in Film.
- It’s a really relaxed and friendly flat – we enjoy chatting, watching TV, and staying active.
- We’re ideally looking for a working professional aged 26 +.
