There is a room available within a 2 bedroom flat which is currently occupied by one other tenant. I am looking to move out of the flat and the new tenant would take my space in the flat.

The flat is 5 mins walk from Wandsworth Town Train Station and has 1 parking space that comes with the flat. The flat has a large living room area and modern kitchen with induction hob. The flat also has a small balcony and comes with a washing machine that acts also as a dryer.

Within the flat there are two toilets/bathrooms. The flat also conains are moderately sized cupboard room for storing coats/shoes etc.

The flat is situated very close to the river with a Tesco Express being a 2 minute walk away with a much larger sainsbury's being about a 20 minute walk away.

The flat does not include utility bills or council tax.
The utility bills come to approximately £150 per month, adjusting for variation throughout the year.
