Hello! I am moving and looking for someone to pick up the lease to my flat from Jul 1.

The unit is a 2 bed 2 bath, with 1 being an en suite (not pictured as it's the room I'm currently occupying). Also there is a covered parking spot in the garage available if needed, included with rent at no additional cost. Sorry the pictures aren't the best.

Great building in a nice area, lots of shops as it's right next to Southside Shopping Centre, parks, gyms, and other amenities within walking distance. The flat itself has modern fixtures and nice appliances. Both bedrooms get excellent sunlight throughout the day. About 10-15 minutes to either East Putney (District Line) or Wandsworth Town (NR) if you need to commute. Clapham Junction is about 10 min on the bus or a 25 min walk.

The flat is available as of Jul 1.

The flat is lovely with a nice park view and comes fully furnished with beds, furniture, tables, and a bit of room for your own stuff.
