Looking for a flatmate in Wandsworth

Hey gals, we’re looking for a new housemate for our gorgeous, fully furnished 3 bedroom house in Earlsfield. Move in date is 19/20th July and rent is £775 (+£100ish bills)

You’ll be living with Sophie (Aussie, working in luxury marketing who is in the office 3 days a week and wfh on 2) and Tilly (English who works in a school). We are tidy, sociable, respectful, easygoing aged 28 and 32. We like to keep things pretty chilled during the week and enjoy socialising, beer gardens, gym, walks, brunches and exploring new places at the weekends.

The room comes furnished (bed and a wardrobe) and the house is located in a safe and really quiet residential area. Chest of drawers and armchair also available to buy if you would like. It’s only a 10 minute walk from Earlsfield Station and 15 minute walk from Southside shopping centre and lots of great pubs, parks, restaurants, cafes and gyms.

We've got a private garden for bbqs in the summer, a bathroom and a separate downstairs toilet and a large lounge. Free weekend parking is available right outside the house.
