Large en-suite attic room in friendly house share

I am sadly leaving my house share so we have a very big, bright and spacious loft bedroom available. This is on the top floor with its own en-suite and lots of storage and wardrobe space.

The room is in a female only house with 3 other lovely ladies. The house is split over 3 floors, with a kitchen diner and separate large lounge. We have a front garden and sunny back garden. We are a friendly house who on occasions, enjoy evenings in together as well as the odd night out, but we also respect each other's personal space. We are looking for a clean, friendly and sociable person to join our home.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, desk/dressing table and built in wardrobes (there is A LOT of space!).

It is available from the 21st May. The next renewal is in September so we’re looking for someone to stay until then (and hopefully much longer!)

You will need to do referencing with the agents and we will take a £100 holding deposit to reserve the room. The security deposit is £865 and held in a secure deposit scheme. Bills are on top of rent, usually around £125 a month.

We are doing viewings as soon as possible in the evenings and on weekends so you can meet the housemates. Please get in touch if you’re interested!
