Sadly my friend is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for another lovely girl to take over her room from End of June/ Beginning of July 2026 💌

🎶 1 min walk to The King’s Arms (yes, that viral live music pub)
🌳 Easy bus straight to Battersea for Pear Tree summer evenings 
🚌 Loads of buses nearby taking you straight to Putney, Clapham, Battersea and the rest of SW London

The flat itself is on the 4th floor and has:

📺 watching trash TV but convincing myself crime dramas balance it out
🍽️ hosting dinner parties 

I’m looking for someone who is:

✨ social and up for the occasional wine / catch up / girls dinner
✨ but also values personal space and downtime

I’ve got a lovely group of girls in London so would love someone who’d be keen to slot into the extended girl gang 💕
