Hey, I’m looking for a flatmate to move into my place at Battersea Reach around the start of July.

A bit about me , I’m 19 and work in property management . I’m easygoing, social and into fitness, so ideally looking for someone with a similar vibe who’s outgoing, clean, respectful, and enjoys a good balance of socialising and doing their own thing.

The flat is in a great location at Battersea Reach, right next to the train station, gyms, cafés, shops, and everything you need nearby. The room comes fully furnished and the flat itself is really well looked after and finished to a high standard throughout.

Total cost is £1,850 per month including rent and bills per person.

I’m looking for someone who’d treat the place like home rather than just somewhere to stay.
