Great location for commuting into the city — around 10 mins to the overground, then 14 mins from Wandsworth Town to Waterloo and then the Waterloo & City line in!
Rent is £1050pcm, with bills + council tax coming to under £150 extra (all unlimited usage, so perfect in winter with the heating on!). Total is usually around £1150–£1200pcm all in.
You’d be sharing with two friendly, tidy Aussies, Callum and Nas, who are both super easy to live with. The flat has been made into more of a home since the photos, and would like like-minded people that would like to get on and socialise with the people they live with!
