Sublet Wandsworth from Early June (Bills Included)

Large double room available to sublet from the beginning of June until late August in a spacious shared house in South West London. The room is very large and comes with a double bed, desk, and mirror. All of my personal belongings will be removed before move-in so the space will be fully cleared and ready for the new tenant. As I’ll mostly be travelling during this period, I’m looking for someone responsible and respectful who will take good care of the room and fit well into the house.

The house is shared with two other people aged 24 and 30, both working full time. It’s generally a calm and respectful environment, and while everyone is friendly, people mostly keep to themselves and have their own routines. The house has 2 bathrooms, fast WiFi, bills included, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a large garden.

Transport links are very convenient, with easy access to Tooting Broadway Underground station, while Earlsfield station is very close by and Wandsworth Town Overground is also nearby. There is a large shopping centre directly opposite the house as well as GP, supermarkets, gyms, and other amenities within walking distance.
