Double Room in a Wandsworth House

The room

We have a double room available in our lovely home in wandsworth. The Tube station (Southfields) is at a 5-10 min walk. The train station (Earlsfield) is 15-20 min walk away.

Some of the furniture in the room is not included (i. e. the desk/chair, the chest of drawers in the corner and the shelf unit in the second image) The current tenant will take those with them when they move out. However, we have two unused desks in the living room, either (or both) of which, can be moved into the room.

Other than that we have a washing machine, dishwasher, 3 fridges (so lots of space there), an electric drying rack, a few regular drying racks. We also have a garden at the back but it’s not quite maintained.

The bills are mostly included. The rent for the room is £615. We send the rent + £100 to the lead tenant. The lead tenant takes care of sending the rent to the landlord, paying the bills and getting all the shared essentials. Electric, gas and super fast wifi are included. Shared stuff like toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, cleaning supplies, etc. are also included in the bills. The £100 that each tenant pays with their rent almost covers it. If there’s extra we pay that at the end of the next month (it’s usually around £20-30 but will probably be even less in the summers).
