Hi everyone,
We’re looking for someone to take over our room in a lovely house in Wandsworth. It's a 10-minute walk to Wandsworth Town station and 20 minutes to Clapham Junction (or 5 min bike ride) -perfect for commuters!
10 min walk to Southside Shopping Centre, and little off licence just across the road.

We’ve loved living here for the past 2 years, but it's time for us move home back to Australia.
The room/couple will be on the lease, not a sublet.

🏡 About the House:
• Room: Spacious double bedroom on the second floor of the house with tall ceilings, ample storage, and large street facing windows that lets in plenty of sun. Plus, it has its own ensuite! The room is unfurnished but we can definitely talk about keeping some bits!
• Shared Spaces: A huge kitchen with a big dining table, a separate pantry with a second fridge, dish washer and washing machine, a generous lounge with a large sofa and TV, and a sizable garden that gets lots of sun—great for summer barbecues!

👫 About the Housemates:
You'll be living with two Irish housemates & 1 English guy. They're all friendly, fun, and enjoy a relaxed evening watching films or heading out to the Alma for a few.

💰 Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £1320/month
• Bills: Approximately £100/month
