We are looking for a new housemate to take one double bedroom with a shared bathroom (pictured).

Superbly located in the heart of Wandsworth Town, the property is benefiting from a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants and other amenities. With Wandsworth Town Station (National Rail), Clapham Junction Station (Tube and National Rail) and several bus routes a short walk away, there are fantastic links to many areas of London and beyond.

You’ll be living with 2 housemates:

Pete has lived in this house for over two years and enjoys travel and gym in his free time. He is in the office 5 days a week, so the house won't be too busy if you want to work from home.

Harene has also been in the house for more than two years and enjoys travel, yoga and choir in her free time. She works part time from home.

They would prefer someone who is similarly easy going that is able to fit in to a responsible and respectful household.

Everyone has their own routine/social life but hang around when people are about. They are keen to live with another all round good human being that is up for a friendly conversation/catch-up when paths cross in their schedules.

The household is very clean and we have a housekeeper attend every fortnight. There is a strong preference for a house mate of clean and responsible habits.

There is an existing contract on the Tenancy, which will be up for renewal at the end of October 2027. The letting agents will require a change of name on The Tenancy Agreement.

The rent for the room is £1,233 pcm. Bills are split 3 ways and are approx £150 per month (including housekeeper costs).

Move in date is 1 July 2026.

Viewings will be held from 8 June 2026 onwards.
