I’m moving out of my room in this lovely 4 bed house in Wandsworth/Southfields so looking for someone to replace me.

It will be available 23rd of August but I can be flexible for slightly earlier if needed.

The house has a huge shared living room and kitchen and a lovely little garden - Nat is a keen gardener so it always looks beautiful!

Bedroom comes furnished with King sized bed, huge wardrobe and side table/chest of drawers (additional set of drawers also in the wardrobe). Overlooks the garden and gets a great amount of sunlight.

The house has two full bathrooms and a downstairs toilet so you only share a bathroom with one other person.

The current housemates (Lucy, Nat and Liam) are lovely, I couldn’t have gotten luckier moving in here. Everyone has a slightly different schedule so the house is super chill most of the time, rarely trying to all cook at the same time which makes life easier! They are all super friendly and welcoming, will always chat when together.

~12 mins walk to Southfield station (district line)
~20 mins walk to both Wandsworth Town & Earlsfield stations (national rail)
~15 min bus to Clapham junction

Super close to Southside shopping centre with everything you could need (Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, boots etc).

Rent: £839.25 per month
Bills: ~£120
