My current flatmate is moving out at the end of July, so I’m looking for someone to share this lovely flat with me in New Acres.

The flat is part of a stunning new development in Wandsworth, offering a high-spec, modern living space with a really great community feel. You’ll have a large bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom (there are two bathrooms in total, I use the other), and the flat is mostly kept clean, tidy, and well-organised. I can't emphasise enough how close this flat is to the stunning pool and gym!

A bit about me (M30):
I’m a working professional (civil servant), I train regularly (running, triathlon), keep things clean and tidy, and I’m always up for a Tea and a chat. I'm a regular at the Wandsworth run club and the local pub quiz.
I’d love to find someone who’s not just a flatmate, but someone I can get along with and integrate into day-to-day life.
