Hello! I'm the landlord of this flat in Wandsworth (SW18 4BS), and a spacious, fully furnished double room is coming up for rent. I'm looking for a great professional to join the household.

The Location
The flat is in a wonderful, convenient spot. It sits right above the Southside Shopping Centre, so supermarkets, restaurants, high-street shops, and a cinema are literally right downstairs. Beautiful King George’s Park is directly across the road for when you want some green space, and Wandsworth Town Station is a straightforward 14-minute walk away for an easy commute.

The Flat
It’s a bright, comfortable home with a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. There are four bedrooms in total. Because one room has its own private en-suite, you will only be sharing the main large bathroom (plus an extra, separate guest toilet) with two other housemates so there's no morning rush.

The Housemates
This is a very stable, peaceful, and friendly household. You’ll be sharing with working professionals who have happily lived here for over 5 years, so it feels like a proper, quiet home rather than a temporary flatshare. After a couple of natural moves this September, there will be a balanced group of 4 housemates in total (including you).

Bills
To keep things simple and hassle-free, absolutely all bills (electricity, water, high-speed broadband, and council tax) are fully included in the monthly rent.
