Looking for a friendly, respectful female ( mid-20s to late-30s) to sublet my room while I’m away. The room is available for any 1-month period between 20 July and 31 August, with flexible dates.

Would be perfect for someone just landing in London while they look for their long term rental!

• You’ll only share the bathroom with one other person
• Spacious, light-filled flat with a really homely feel

You’ll be living with 3 friendly, respectful women. It’s a relaxed, quiet household where everyone is considerate, enjoys a chat, but also respects each other’s space.

Fantastic location in Wandsworth, with easy access to:
• East Putney Underground (District line)
• Putney and Wandsworth Town station (National Rail)
• Plenty of bus routes nearby
• Walking distance to supermarkets (literally almost every option - a big Sainsbury’s & Waitrose, Lidl, Tesco Express, M&S food, little Waitrose, Sainburys Local & a Co-op) cafés, pubs, gyms, Southside shopping centre and all the shops/restaurants around Wandsworth and Putney High Streets
• Great access to green spaces including Wandsworth Park and King George’s Park

£1,250 for the month, although I’m happy to negotiate for the right person or for a slightly shorter stay.
