Furnished Room in 3-Bed Flat with Gym & Pool

We’re looking for someone lovely to join our friendly 3-bed, 2-bath furnished flat in Wandsworth.

The room is a furnished bedroom with a king-sized bed and access to a shared bathroom. The flat itself is fully furnished and has access to a gym, swimming pool and co-working space. WiFi is included in the rent, with other bills coming to roughly £60–£90 per month depending on the time of year, heating usage, etc.

The location is amazing, with Wandsworth Town station right on your doorstep, making it super easy to get around. We also have a Little Waitrose just below the flat, a coffee shop nearby, and lots of other local amenities in the surrounding area.

You’ll be sharing with two 24-year-old girls:

Kai works in F1 licensing and works from home around 2 days a week. She loves lacrosse and will most likely bake something for you at some point.

Jules works in product marketing for a fintech and works from home around 3–4 days a week. She loves chilled nights in, but is also always up for the occasional pub visit.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the flat, rather than just renting a room. We’d love to live with someone who enjoys doing things together every now and then, whether that’s a dinner, pub trip or chilled night in, while also respecting everyone’s own space and downtime. Most importantly, we want the flat to feel like your home too.

References will be required. Please also note that if your salary is under £45k, a guarantor will be required.
