The house is brilliantly located, with lots of restaurants/bars/shopping nearby. It is also has great transport links, close to both Clapham Junction (10/15 min walk) and Wandsworth Town stations (5 min walk) and good bus links into central London.
The house has a big open plan kitchen with a spacious living area, downstairs toilet and utility room.
Rent is £900, not including bills. Bills come to approximately £120 a month (obviously varies slightly over the year). Deposit is £1,038.33.
The room is available from the start of September 2026. The house is managed through a lettings agency however the landlord is brilliant and we have lovely neighbours.
