The flat is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Baltimore House, Battersea Reach. You’ll have your own private bathroom, and the flat is a great size for London with a generous living area and plenty of storage.

One of the best parts of living here is the location. The apartment overlooks the Thames and the park, so there are great views, lots of greenery and a nice breeze in the evenings. There’s also a riverside walkway right outside the building.

Everything you need is within a few minutes’ walk. Wandsworth Town Station is about 5 minutes away, Tesco Express is next door, M&S Food and McDonald’s are around 3 minutes away, a bar on the bottom story, and there’s a large Sainsbury’s just across the bridge. The development also has two cafés, a nail salon, The Ship pub, a residents’ gym and 24/7 concierge.

Were in the process of furnishing the flat, almost there and will hopefully be sorted by the time you arrive.

The room is also unfurnished, but we’re happy to work with you to furnish it so it’s all sorted for when you arrive.

Bills are TBC, but we’ll simply split them per head - we’re expecting them to be about £80-£100pp.
