Cosy Furnished Double Room Available

I am sadly leaving my house share so we have a lovely cosy bedroom available. This is on the second floor right next to a modern shared bathroom (shared with 2 others).

The room is in a girls only house with 3 other lovely ladies. The house is split over 3 floors, with a kitchen diner, separate large lounge and garden. We are a friendly house who on occasions, enjoy evenings in together as well as the odd night out, but we also respect each other's personal space. We are looking for a clean, friendly and sociable person to join our home.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside shelf and a 3 doored wardrobe.

It is available from the 31st July. The next renewal is in September so we’re looking for someone to stay until then (and hopefully much longer!)

You will need to do referencing with the agents and we will take a £100 holding deposit to reserve the room. The security deposit is £865 and held in a secure deposit scheme. Bills are on top of rent, usually around £125 a month.

We are doing viewings as soon as possible this weekend and in the evenings so you can meet the housemates. Please get in touch if you’re interested!
