Renting out our spare room to an individual looking to live in the Clapham Junction area. My husband and I will be living in the property during the week, and vacating on weekends so the entire property will be to yourself.

All inclusive: Water, electricity, council tax, TV license & WiFi.

The Room includes a King Size ottoman bed, with under bed storage, along with a desk and 2 wardrobes (behind the doors in the picture).

Spacious living room and kitchen. With communal garden outdoors and a bike shed. Part of a 2 bedroom apartment, parking space also included should you require.

We are looking for a professional to join us, the room is available until Feb 2027, but there is a potential to extend further.

8 min walk to Wandsworth town station, 12 min to Clapham Junction, and 1 minute walk from Spencer Park. Lovely location for socialising on St John’s Hill.

About us: We are both easy going and respectful people looking for a positive and respectful housemate to join us. We both work at the office during the week and occasionally from home.
