We live in a Victorian style, top level house. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are all shared. The room that is available is in an attic space, that is spacious and cozy.
All bills come up to around £140/ month.

We're advertising the room as "unfurnished" but my current housemate is willing to sell the bed, bedsite table and chest of drawers (brand new) if someone would prefer to have the room furnished. Let's chat about it.
