2 guys currently in the flat looking for a 3rd young professional. Both fitness focussed, sociable and career driven.

Great area - 12mins walk from both Wandsworth Town station and Earlsfield station. Quiet street but accessible to the local Sainsbury’s/Tesco, local gyms, parks and commons. Wandsworth council tax band.

Clothes rail in the room will be remaining. The current occupant is open to offers for the chest of drawers/bed side tables. Everything else is going.

We pay £30 for a cleaner to come every two weeks and would look to continue that also.
