I’m looking for a new roomie (late 20s, early 30s) to move into a modern 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Wandsworth (SW18).

🏡 The space: the room is a spacious double with its own en-suite (walk in shower). It’s furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, built in wardrobe, and chest of draws, with space for a desk if needed. The apartment has a lovely open plan kitchen and living room with a balcony, plus a concierge.

📍Location: a short walk to Wandsworth Town Station, or around 7 minutes by bus to Clapham Junction Station. There are loads of great restaurants, cafés, pubs, shops and green spaces nearby.

💁🏻‍♀️ A bit about me: I’m South African and have been in London for almost 4 years, working as a lawyer. I’m very social and love cooking, pub trips, exercising, travelling and generally making the most of London.

I’m looking for someone who’s up for being friendly and social (whether that’s cooking dinner, watching a series or heading for a drink) but who also enjoys having their own space. I’m clean and tidy and would love someone who is the same, while keeping the flat feeling cosy, welcoming and like a home rather than just a place to live. 🧡
