A lovely double room is becoming available in our bright, spacious flat in Clapham from end of October.

The flat is a proper home rather than just somewhere to sleep. It’s a spacious, bright and well looked after split level maisonette, with living room kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath tub. Situated 10 minutes walk from both Wandsworth Town Station and Clapham Junction Station. You’d be sharing with just me, so it’s a relaxed two-person household.

A little about me - I’m 32, originally from South Africa and have lived in London for the past seven years. I work full-time in the superyacht industry, so I’m usually in the office during the week and occasionally travel for work. Outside of work I’m very active and spend a lot of time at the gym, but equally love cooking, going out for dinner, exploring London and travelling.

I’m looking for someone who wants the flat to feel like a home too - friendly, considerate and tidy, and happy to have a chat or glass of wine together every now and then, while also having our own lives and space. Ideally someone with a similar sort of lifestyle who is settled in London and looking for somewhere longer-term.

Rent: £1200pcm
Bills: approx. £180 pcm(until council tax changes in Wandsworth)

Furniture: The room is unfurnished with built in wardrobe but opportunity to buy furniture from previous flatmate.
