I am looking for a friendly, respectful professional/student woman to join our peaceful family home in Earlsfield.

The room is a bright and spacious double bedroom with its own private en-suite shower room and private balcony. It has recently fitted carpets and comes fully furnished, including a double bed, a full-height built-in mirrored wardrobe, and a large IKEA HEMNES 8-drawer chest (160 cm wide), so there is plenty of storage space.

One of the biggest advantages is that you will have your own large fridge and freezer for your exclusive use, rather than sharing fridge space with the household.

The room will be available from the first week of November, with some flexibility on the exact move-in date.

The atmosphere of the home is very important to us. We like our home to feel peaceful, relaxed, friendly and respectful, so we’re looking for someone who values the same things.

Our previous flatmate lived with us for around 2.5 years, and we were very happy living together. She has now moved to her own place closer to work, so we’re hoping to find another lovely person who will feel comfortable here long-term.

Well-behaved pets can also be considered.
