New Acres, 2 bed 2 bath - Housemate Wanted 🩷

I have put an offer down on an apartment in New Acres and am looking for a lovely housemate to share it with me! ✨

Have asked for a move in date of 30th October - but this can be a bit flexible too.

Its a 2 bed, 2 bathroom with a balcony, total size of 714sq ft on the 6th Floor of Explorers Point. I have a video of the apartment I am happy to share over whatsapp - but didn't want to upload to SR as It has the current tenants things in.

A bit about me...

I’m 31 and work for a AI start up as a Talent Lead, I’m in the office 3 days a week in Soho and typically and the other 2 from home or the working areas in the building!

I love cooking healthy dinners on a week nights, going to the gym or a class, and watching a good series or just chilling in the lounge with a good playlist and glass of wine.

Equally I am super social, tend to be out most weekends seeing friends, going to new restaurants, the occasional party or evening at the pub. Do also love hosting dinners at home!

I do also have furniture in storage, which imo is nicer than the new acres furniture lol so I plan to jazz up the space a bit, might not work if someone also has a lot of furniture to bring.

Would love to have a housemate that we can become friends, do cute things together and have a nice girly household, but also have our own things going on too! 💕
