I'm moving out of my room in our lovely 3-bed house in Wandsworth so we're looking for a new girl to take over my room and live with my two housemates.
Location: Sudlow Road, between Wandsworth Town and East Putney, and right next to Wandsworth Park. It's in a really lovely spot with great transport links nearby.
The house: It's a spacious three-storey terraced house with a big living/dining room, separate kitchen and an additional seating area. There's also a large bathroom with a separate shower and bath, shared with just one other girl.
The room: A smaller double on the middle floor, available for £850 + around ~£120 bills per month. It's unfurnished.
The housemates: You'll be living with two girls, aged 29 and 30. They're both super active, sociable and enjoy seeing friends, going for dinner/drinks, as well as cosy evenings at home.
Move in: Beginning of December but can be slightly flexible.
Rent: £850 + ~£120 bills.
Unfurnished.
