Bright double room available in spacious 3-bed house in Wandsworth. 2 minute walk to Wandsworth town station (10 minutes to Waterloo) and exactly 17 minute walk to Clapham Junction station.

After almost four amazing years in this house I have decided to move as I am travelling, there would be no other reason for me to part from this house as I LOVE it!!

The flat is over three floors with a separate kitchen/living room. The room comes with a very large wardrobe, but no other furniture. However, due to me travelling I’d be happy to sell the bed/desk/side table if the new tenant wanted. The bedroom is positioned on the third floor looking out onto the street with lots of natural light. Another of the bedrooms shares the third floor, you will both share the upstairs bathroom. There is another bathroom on the 2nd floor which you can also use. The house also comes with an office on the 1st floor, which is next door to the final bedroom and communal.

Current housemates are two wonderful girls Emily (26) and Sarah (25) working in finance and hospitality. The house is a girly domaine, cooking dinners together, watching movies but also enjoying a pub day and going out. Really relaxed, clean, chilled out house. Only Sarah’s WFH once a week.

Rent is £1000 pcm. Bills are approximately £100 MAX per month and that is based off our winter bills.

The landlord lives in London but we are in direct contact with the estate agent. They are super helpful and very attentive. Super friendly and kind neighbourhood, I mean I love it so much, I would have not lived here for almost four years if it wasn’t so great 🌟

I can’t add as many photos as I wish of the upstairs bedroom and show both bathrooms, so please just ask for photo/video.

Available to move in from 22nd November 2026. Tenancy expires in April, but like I have the last three years landlord just allows you to renew tenancy.
