ENSUITE AND FURNISHED DOUBLE ROOM AVAILABLE IN LOVELY SHARED HOUSE, EARLSFIELD - move in date 16th January 2027

Hi everyone! We're moving to London in January and searching for a female housemate to fill the final furnished, ensuite room in our lovely 4 bed shared house in Earlsfield before we sign.

📍Great residential, safe location with a Lidl a 12 min walk away, Tesco Express a 6 min walk away, and a Sainsbury's Local a 10 min walk away. The high-street is packed with lovely pubs, bars, restaurants, charity shops and cafes so lots to do! The house is situated on a quiet, peaceful street with nice neighbours.

🚇 Easy access to Earlsfield train station (10 min walk) which connects us to Vauxhall, Waterloo, Wimbledon and Clapham Junction. Bus stop (2 min walk) connecting us to Tooting, Victoria, and Putney. 20 minutes walk to Tooting

💵 Rent: £950 / month (weighted for room size)

💡Bills: £80 - 100 / month dependent on use. Council tax band E.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, medium sized garden, and big lounge for socialising, guests, or cozy evenings in!

The room itself is spacious, with lots of natural light and a Juliet balcony, a large ensuite with a shower, separate bath and lots of storage. You'll have the entire of the top floor to yourself!

👯 About us:
We are an outgoing, friendly group who met at school. We are all full time workers - Hannah (22) works in publishing, Maddie (22) works in asset management, and Tarun (22) works in customer service. We love a trip to the pub, going shopping, cafe trips, nights out, or just sitting on the sofa to watch telly. We also understand the importance of quiet time and are happy to socialise on whatever level you're comfortable with - we want the house to be your safe space where you feel at home.

We'd preferably like someone in a similar age range (20-26) who also works full time - sorry this won't be suitable for students due to council tax!! We'd also like our new housemate to be female to accommodate for the current housemates.

We haven't sent the holding deposit and/or actual deposit for this house yet - however, I know the landlord personally so they aren't having viewings from other potential tenants until they hear back from us. Therefore, we're looking for someone who'd like to sign on with us asap, can send the holding deposit (£180) and their share of the actual deposit (£800) and are okay with moving into the property in January 2027.
