Fully furnished large king size bedroom within a well presented end of a terrace house. The house has a large rear garden, shared living room, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, separate dining room & conservatory extension.
There is also a loft for storage and outside a large luxurious garden with a summer house that is also good for bikes storage.
There is a cleaner who looks after the entire house on weekly basis.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person as I have my ensuite bedroom.

It is located right next to King George's Park, 5 minutes walk from Southside shopping centre, cinemas, restaurants and many bus routes. Routes 39 & 156 to Clapham Junction & Vauxhall are on the doorstep. East Putney tube is just over 10 minutes walk and the same to Wandsworth Town Station overground that takes you to Waterloo within 20min then you are in center. This is zone 2.

This is a place where you can call home. The rent includes all bills plus a cleaner who comes in once a week. If you are interested get in touch.
