The bedroom available is on the first floor of the house & has a double bed, bedside table, fitted wardrobe, wall mounted tv/dvd player & wooden flooring.

There is a south facing garden with a seating area for relaxing. You can view all different types of birds & other wildlife from the kitchen which has all modern appliances.

Overall there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. Gas central heating with instant hot water. And also a lounge, dining room, utility room.

The rent includes all bills together with weekly cleaner. Parking on the road is ok but restricted between 2 & 3 pm weekdays.

I have two cats. Kits who I rehomed from Battersea many years ago with her brother Tigs who passed away a couple of years ago. Edith who I rehomed 2 years ago who is still very nervous.

We are about 5 minutes from Southfields tube station which is on the District Line. West end/city is apx half hour's travelling time. There are a variety of shops very near, including a French deli, M&S Food, Sainsburys, Tesco, Post Office, Cafe Nero & several restaurants, pubs, a gym near the tube station. Southside shopping centre is within walking distance where there is a Cineworld cinema, Waitrose & various other shops.
