Looking for a new flatmate to move in between 20th-30th July with (Josh, 32) and Fin (30) as I am moving in to my own property.

The flat is just off Spencer Park/Wandsworth Common, a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and a 15 minute walk from Wandsworth Town. We are ideally situated next to St John's Hill and a stone's throw from Northcote Road.

The room comes with a large double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of a draws & room for more furniture...! The flat comes with a bright kitchen, bathroom and huge living room. There is a lovely shared garden with a private patio space as well.

Current flat mates are both professionals working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home. Josh and Fin are looking for a housemate to ideally join for a while. The contract is rolling with 2 months notice.

Fin works in insurance, and Josh works in TV. They both love watching and playing sport, going to the pub with mates, going for walks, coffee, food etc. They are a sociable pair sociable who enjoy a night in as much as a night out, but equally happy to respect each other's space and wind down quietly after a long week. The flat is well looked after and we take turns keeping things clean and tidy. I will miss living with them a lot!

There is a deposit of approx £1,000 and bills are not included.
