Hello!

I'm moving out of our lovely three-bedroom flat in Wandsworth and I'm looking for someone to take over a double furnished room from the 1st August.

The house is super cosy and feels like a real home, it has:

You will be living with Hannah (28) and Tom (30) who are both working professionals and work a few days in the office and a couple from home.

They're both friendly, sociable and love a good post-work catch-up in the kitchen, but we keep things pretty chilled during the work week. We're always up for the occasional wine/pub night, or a movie in the living room.

We're looking for a likeminded person in their mid to late twenties or early thirties who want to join in and treat this place as a home.

Earlsfield station and Wandsworth Common stations are about a 15 min walk away and you can get to Tooting Bec tube in 10mins on the bus.

Bills: £80pcm (approx.)
