We have a lovely en-suite double room becoming available in our spacious 3-bed flat, in the Wandsworth Common/Balham area.

📍 Location

* 2-minute walk to Wandsworth Common station
* Around 13 minutes’ walk to Balham Overground & Underground
* Great transport links into central London
* Wandsworth Common is right on the doorstep, with plenty of pubs, cafés, restaurants, shops and gyms nearby

🏠 The flat
It’s a really spacious, bright and modern flat with a huge open-plan kitchen/living area, large kitchen island, and a little garden. There’s lots of communal space, so it doesn’t feel like you’re living on top of each other.

The bedroom is a good-sized double with its own en-suite bathroom and will be unfurnished, so you can make it your own.

👯‍♀️ About us

You’d be living with Rachel (33) and Lynsay (28) – two Scottish girls who both work full-time.

We’re friendly and sociable and happy to have a wine/TV night, go for dinner or head to the pub together, but we’re also very respectful of each other’s space and do our own thing too.

We’re looking for someone who wants a nice, relaxed home, that isn’t a party house.
