Double Room in Wandsworth

We’ve got a double room available in our lovely flat in SW18 3HZ!

I am moving in with my partner so looking for some to fill my room. It’s comes fully furnished with a bed, drawers, and wardrobe. We have a shared outside area that we keep a shed and a BBQ.

You’ll be living with two friendly flatmates, both male who are sociable, independent and easygoing. We’re into sports, the gym, music, cooking and socialising with our friends.

We’re keen to live with someone who enjoys being social and part of a home — good chats, the occasional shared meals or trip to the pub, while also appreciating their own space.

Rent: £975
Bills: approx £100 a month
Move in from November

Location-wise, there is plenty of green space about with a square outside the front door and Wandsworth common a 5 min walk away. Located on a private road, the area is very quiet and calm.
