We are sadly moving out of our house and are looking for a couple or the right single to move in with existing flatmates.

The room is huge with the large window, a full wall of wardrobe storage space, and some really cool built in features.

The house would be great for people who love to hang out, chat, watch movies, or have dinner together but also respect that everyone has busy lives and enjoys their own space and down time when needed. If you like a mix of socialising with friendly people and taking time to chill out by yourself, this could be for you.

The House:

This flat has so much shared space. The lounge, kitchen, dining room and private outdoor areas are great with plenty of space for both sunny and rainy days.

The Area:

The house is located literally 50 metres from Wandsworth common and has convenience stores, cafes, pubs, gyms, huge Sainsburys, Aldi, and transport links all within a 10 minute walk.

Wandsworth common overground - 1 minute walk

Balham underground - 10 to 15 minute walk (Northern line).

Move in date is the 23rd of November.

House mates mid to late 20s

Rent is £1450 per month for a couple not including bills

Bills are approx £70 to £90 a month per person. (Can be cheaper I just want to be on the safe side).

Deposit is £1565

If you fit what the existing tenants are looking for you will have to go on the tenancy agreement!
