A double bedroom in a gorgeous house-share near Wandsworth Common will be available from 27th November.

The rent is £925 pcm, bills not included.
The bills roughly amount to £175 each per month (this includes broadband, water, energy and council tax - Council Tax Band E).

The flat is absolutely stunning - it's a Victorian conversion and located on a road that is rarely available to renters. The flat is furnished, light, airy and beautifully decorated. We're located on a very leafy quiet street, a 2 minute walk from Wandsworth Common.

Commuters, we're 5 minutes walk from Wandsworth Common train stations and 15 minute walk from Clapham South tube station.

The double bedroom is stunning with gorgeous high ceilings and loads of storage. It's furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and two large inbuilt wardrobes.

The flat is on the first floor, accessed via stairs with no lift available, so unfortunately the flat is not suitable for those requiring step-free access.

Current housemate is Lottie (34). I work in the video games sector. I have a hybrid work schedule, working from home 2-3 times a week from the shared living room, the other days I'm in the office.

I'm looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful of our home. I'm a clean and tidy housemate and looking for the same! I enjoy a night-in playing video or board games with a glass of wine - so if you also enjoy a game or two, that would be welcome! I'm also a foodie and love going out and finding new restaurant spots.

I would love to find a housemate, who could also become a friend - the flat is a two-bed so it's really important to me that we both get on with each other!

Unfortunately the room isn't open to couples, pets or students.
