I'm looking for a professional female to take over this bright double room in a lovely all-girls flat, ideally located in the leafy area of Wandsworth Common.

- Additional upfront costs to be transferred to the leaving tenant: c.£250 (for the bed & in credit bills)
- Available: 1st Jan - however, an earlier move can be discussed if you'd prefer to be in pre Christmas.

Please note that the room comes with the bed only but will fit a small wardrobe & drawers, as shown on the images.

THE FLATMATES
You'll be living with two fabulous girls, Ema (28) & Rubie (23), who both work in Events.

We are sociable, clean and respectful of shared spaces. The flat has a relaxed, friendly vibe - we enjoy watching reality TV together and are all pretty active, particularly into gym classes, yoga, pilates, etc.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A friendly, tidy professional girl (aged 24-30) who's sociable but also respectful of communal areas.

- 12-minute walk to Wandsworth Common station, which goes directly to London Victoria
- 18-minute walk to Balham/Tooting Bec (Northern Line)
- 1-minute walk from Wandsworth Common
- 5-minute walk to Bellevue Road (coffee shops, mini Sainsbury's, pubs, restaurants)

Permit parking is available on the street.
