Bright Double Room in Friendly Zone 1 Flat

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our 4-bedroom flat located in 9-elms (zone 1).

The room is a bright, airy double with wooden floors and plenty of natural light. It’s a well-maintained, comfortable space that’s easy to make your own. The room comes with a double bed/mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe rail.

The flat has four bedrooms, a split toilet/bathroom and a large shared living room where we spend a lot of our time together. The location is hard to beat – with excellent transport links, easy access to Clapham, Battersea and Vauxhall, and plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, gyms and green spaces nearby. With three tube stations and overground connections within walking distance, getting around London couldn’t be easier.

The room is £800 per month, with bills (including council tax, water, gas and internet) coming to approximately £90 per month. Deposit is £800.

The room is available from 10th July, with some flexibility for an earlier move-in if needed. Minimum stay is six months

About us:

We’re three professionals in our late 20s and early 30s working in a mix of fields including the arts, civil service and green energy. The flat has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where everyone has their own lives but enjoys spending time together too.

It’s the sort of place where someone is usually around for a chat, we’ll often watch TV together in the evenings, and every so often organise a flat dinner, pub trip or board game night and Mario Kart makes regular appearances. While nobody is expected to be constantly social, we’re looking for someone who’d enjoy being part of the household rather than simply renting a room.

We’re ideally looking for a professional in their mid-20s to mid-30s. Sorry, no couples and no smokers.
