Short term flat available for young professionals

Fully furbished flat is available for short-term rent (about 5-6 weeks) in Wandsworth town, near by the Southside shopping mall from around 17th of April to end of May.

We are ideally looking for someone to take care of our flat while we are abroad for 5-6 weeks. We have plenty of plants that we'd love you to water :)

The flat has plenty of natural light and comes with a comfortable king bed and spacious wardrobe. As this is a short term let, we ask that no big items or furniture are brought with you.

The building has a residents lounge and rooftop garden which are decorated nicely. There is also mailroom for the deliveries.

Location is great as it’s just next to the Southside shopping mall and the Sainsbury’s superstore. Wandsworth town station is 10 min walking distance, Clapham Junction 20 min walking, and plenty of bus options.

We are looking for people who are clean, respectful and will treat our apartment as their home. Please no smokers and pets. Also, parties are not allowed as most residents in the apartment are young families.
