The room is in a first floor flat in the heart of Wandsworth Town and comes fully furnished with a comfy bed and a large wardrobe. The rent includes all the bills (water, gas, electricity), council tax (band B) and fibre internet.

You will be sharing the kitchen, lounge and bathroom with just one other person, me. There is also space in the lounge to work from home. I do like to keep the flat clean and tidy so definitely looking for someone who is equally considerate.

In terms of amenities, the transport links are great with Wandsworth Town Station less than five minutes walk away. There are also good bus links into central London and across the river, and all the bus stops are less than five minutes walk from the flat.

If you're a runner/ walker/ picnicker, Wandsworth Park and Wandsworth Common are fifteen minutes walk from the flat.

A little bit about me, I am Dipika, and I work in the climbing industry. On my days off I do spend most of my time out, either climbing, socialising or travelling (whenever I can) and an occasional evening of cooking and hosting.
