1 King room in house w/garden close to station

Spacious king room available in a recently refurbished 3-bed house on a quiet street in Wandsworth.

You can be on the platform in 2 minutes with direct trains into Waterloo. Royal standard Pub on the corner, The Alma on the road behind, and Old York Road a 2-minute walk away with loads of great restaurants, wine bars and pubs. Probably the best part of London if you like it quiet but still lots to do.

The room is on the top floor and is the only bedroom up there, with a bathroom right next door – so it feels pretty private. Furnished with a large ottoman king bed and wardrobes ect.

The house has a big kitchen with island seating, open lounge, southwest-facing garden, and a large main bathroom. I only finished renovating it last year so everything is really new, and I'm still doing a few bits to improve the garden as that's the last bit left.

Bills included (fast Virgin internet, gas, electricity, council tax, water, monthly cleaner, Amazon Prime TV, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Virgin TV etc). Underfloor heating downstairs and smart heating and all that jazz upstairs.

Just 2 of us currently, so loads of space, both very easy-going. Cerys is cabin crew and away a few days a week, and I work from home a couple of days in Tech sales but have a separate study downstairs. We’re social, like a pint and keeping active. Current flatmate is moving in with their partner so moved to Essex so looking for someone to replace him.

We’ve got two indoor cats, so need someone who is okay with them. They're both very friendly.

Happy to consider short term with option to stay longer. Looking for someone tidy, relaxed and up for the odd drink. Ideally someone who likes watching sport !
