Spacious double in Wandsworth with Ensuite

Hi there,

My lovely flatmate is looking to move out the end of July and I am looking for someone to take on her room.

The pictures of the room are when we took on the tenancy, my flatmate may leave some furniture but she has still to decide.

The room is a spacious double with ensuite, there is a fitted wardrobe and with also room for a desk.

The flat has great storage throughout, with an open plan kitchen/living room. Just off the living room there is a lovely balcony, which is great in the summer as it is south facing.

The flat is a 5 mins short walk from Wandsworth town train station and 15 mins from Clapham junction.

We have an onsite concierge who take all parcels for us too!

I work 3 days from home and are looking for a similar female professional to take on the room. I am looking for someone who is not only a flatmate but wants to be friends to go for some cocktails, brunch etc! However, I do appreciate people's own space and time on their own.

A little about me - I am an avid gym goer, recent love for running but also enjoy going for drinks at the weekend with friends to the near by pubs (The Alma or King's Arms with many more options!).

Rent is £1,300 per month with bills roughly £100 added on top (usually less in summer). Deposit is £1,153.85.
