We have a bright and spacious double bedroom with its own private ensuite bathroom available in our friendly and modern flat. You'll enjoy plenty of space to relax and unwind. Available from mid-August.

Our flat has an incredible location right next to the river, offering a lovely river view from the flat.

Residents benefit from access to a private gym within the development.

There’s a Tesco just around the corner, and an M&S Food across the road. We also have secure bike storage available.

Getting around is easy – it's a 4/5 minute walk to Wandsworth Town station, or just 1 minute to the bus stop where you can get a bus directly to Southside shopping centre for everything you might need.

Bills included are water and internet. Bills on top are council tax (approx. £120 per month) and electricity (+/- £50 per month).

We are a professional couple, one of us works full time in office and the other hybrid. We are clean, quiet, and are looking for someone who keeps their room clean and enjoys a chat sometimes. :)
