We’re looking for a clean and friendly female professional in her 20s or early 30s to join our lovely 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house in Wandsworth Town 💖

Move in date - 28 August
Tenancy length - long term

💸 Rent and bills - £875 for rent plus approximately £130 for bills per month. £1125 security deposit. There is also a £50 fee to create a new tenancy agreement with the landlord.

📍Location - The house is on a lovely, quiet residential street. We're just a 2 minute walk to Old York Road, which has a Sainsbury's Local and lots of cute restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs. We have multiple gyms within 5-10 mins walking. We are also less than a 10 min walk to Southside Shopping Mall, where there's a huge Sainsbury's and Waitrose, cinema, arcade, and lots of clothes shops.

🚆 Transport – We are a 3 minute walk to Wandsworth Town Station and a 2 min train/5 min bus/20 min walk to Clapham Junction station. From Wandsworth Town Station, you can get to Vauxhall (Victoria Line) in 9 mins or Waterloo (Northern Line) in 14 mins.

🏡 The house - Recently refurbished and has 4 bedrooms, kitchen/dining area, separate large living room, garden patio, roof terrace and 2 full bathrooms + 1 guest toilet.

🚪 Your room - A small, bright bedroom facing the garden. The previous tenant is planning on leaving her bed, but you will likely want to get a wardrobe for clothes. We do have a spare clothes rail if you would like. It would be possible to fit a small desk in there, depending on how much other furniture you need.

👭 Housemates - You’ll be sharing with Abra (28), Yara (29), and Alana (22). We're from the US, Australia, and Italy, so a very mixed house! We are all in 9-5 jobs, and we aren't a party house, but we like to be social and do things all together.

We are looking for someone of a similar age who we can become good friends with, not just a flatmate. We keep our house very clean and tidy, and we're looking for someone who’s also very clean and considerate.
