I've got one bedroom going in New Acres, a beautiful modern apartment literally right next to Wandsworth Town train station.

The flat itself is pretty special. There’s an outdoor heated pool (honestly amazing in spring and summer), a high-spec gym, cinema room, co-working space, and loads of other great amenities in the building. It’s one of those places where you actually use what’s on offer.

You'll have your own bathroom as I have and ensuite one and bills are approx £120 a month each.

The area’s got a great vibe too – loads of local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and everything else you might need right on your doorstep. It’s lively but still feels relaxed.

You’d be living with one 36-year-old male who’s pretty laid back. He comes and goes with work and social stuff, but is keen to live with someone who’s up for the occasional evening chill, maybe watching something, cooking, or heading out for a drink every now and then. Definitely looking for a friendly, easy-going housemate rather than just someone to split bills with.
