I’m looking for someone to take over my contract at the beginning of July as I am leaving the country.

The flat is a modern 2 bed flat, located within walking distance of Wandsworth Town station, which is a 15 minute train from Waterloo Station. Old York Road is a 2 minute walk away, which hosts an abundance of great restaurants and pubs. The flat is located on the 13 floor and has a rooftop sky garden. It comes with a large balcony with a stunning view overlooking the city skyline, fully furnished living room, furnished kitchen, one shared bathroom, and a large storage cupboard with a washing machine. We were the first tenants to live in the flat when we moved in last year. The flat is a part of the New Acres complex, which comes with a great gym, shared swimming pool, communal office working space, private dining rooms, 24 hour concierge, and secured bike storage. Secured parking can be paid for monthly. WiFi is included in the rent.

The bedroom itself is a large room, with floor to ceiling windows, a double bed (storage beneath), two bedside tables, and a large built in wardrobe with mirrors.

My flatmate is a 28 year old, single male, who is a working professional that is in the city most days. He loves sports, the occasional pint, and is extremely easy going and clean.
