My roomie is moving out and I am looking for a new flatmate. Based in Wandsworth Town (SW18), the flat is spacious, modern, and bright. The room is also spacious, and you will have use of the main bathroom as your own (my room is the ensuite). There is ample storage (rare for London!), with washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.

5 mins walk to Wandsworth Town station and high street, 15 mins walk to Clapham Junction. Close to shops, cafes, and gyms. It’s a lovely and safe area, close enough to the action in CJ, but peaceful and chill.

The room comes with a double bed, bedside table, and large wardrobe.

You’ll be living with me, a mid-30s kiwi working for a French cheese company (free cheese! 🧀). I enjoy running, travelling, and gigs. I work 2-3 days a week from home. I enjoy a relaxed and clean flat and would like a flatmate that is open to hanging out on occasion, but also respect that we all have busy lives. I only recently moved in, but keen to make this a home! No preference for male/female.

Costs- £1,400 rent per month, bills and fortnightly cleaner approx £180.

Move in would be asap in June. The room is available now.
